Their story started with little things they both love — like a walk in the park, road trips to Arkansas, rock climbing, campfires. And all those little things led to this fairytale day featuring their newly shared last name on a theater marquee! About their vision for their wedding, they share:

We chose Mission Theatre after looking at several venues. We loved how it was close to our homes and just thought it looked perfect. Plus, wings at The Peanut were a quick walk away for lunch that day!

We had been looking forward to this day for over a year and really first and foremost were excited to finally be married. Since almost everyone we invited said yes, we expected it would be one heck of a party.

One thing we’d pictured a lot was our first dance. The song “California Stars” came on during our first camping trip to Arkansas together. Midway through, we both said “I love you” at the same time and figured that was the song for sure.

Alex and Chris: You put together such a perfect day, but your obvious love for each other was undoubtedly the most beautiful part of it all. We were honored to capture it for you and hope these images (and many more to come!) let you relive it for a long time.
