She’d set her mind against dating anyone in her physical therapy program. But after meeting him in their first semester of school, she eventually opted to break that self-imposed restriction.

And good thing she did – because when she graduated from the University of Iowa and moved home to the Kansas City area, she had not only a degree but also a husband-to-be. And on this wedding day, that designation became official!
