Just as she finished grad school and had some newfound space in her life to dedicate to dating, a pandemic hit.

This of course complicated the entire world, including the process of getting to know a romantic interest in person. But with the help of Bumble, she found a guy who turned out to be great company beside a backyard fire. All the places they couldn’t go and things they couldn’t do didn’t matter — and as it turned out, a great partner for backyard chats soon became a clear choice for a life partner!
