the story of
tiffany + tyler
and wedding photography in Kansas City
She didn’t rush to find Mr. Right — but when the time was right, the universe brought him to her.
Or maybe more specifically, a coworker of hers who had also been a coworker of his set them up, not knowing at the time that she’d one day be not only a bridesmaid but also the officiant on their big day! And this day also came with plenty of other significant details. Tiffany shares:
My all-time favorite color is Tiffany Blue, and I’ve known for a very long time that this would be the color of my wedding. I mean, why not — it is my name! I also wanted the day to be elegant and classy, which came through in the centerpieces put together by my mother, an interior designer. My dress was what I would call couture — simple yet elegant, with a belt to add a touch of glitz. And my Juicy Couture shoes were my “something blue” thanks to their blue bottoms.
Another important detail for us was our photo booth; I really wanted guests to have a printed picture to take home with them, as Tyler and I still have one from another wedding on our refrigerator. And something else we were sure of was our choice of venue — not only because of Terrace on Grand’s all-inclusive package but also because of its rooftop. We would have loved to have our ceremony there, but Mother Nature forced a different vision by bringing freezing temperatures. Fortunately, we were still able to take lots of rooftop photos!
Tiffany and Tyler: I may be biased but love, love, love those rooftop photos — as well as all the other beautiful moments and details your day gave us to document. This occasion truly was a special one, and I hope your images let you relive it again and again!
