I must interrupt my typical wedding-related content to share this lifestyle session I did with my cousin and her family last week, just a week after they welcomed a beautiful boy they named Hayes River. And of course, I know all of us currently enduring a record-breaking cold spell in the Midwest could use a vicarious experience of the Southern California warmth captured in these images (even if they make us a bit envious at the moment!).

Katie, Michael, Clark and Hayes: I’m so glad I got to document a few of your early days as a picture-perfect family of four. I can’t wait to see you all again and hope for many more beach sessions in our future!
