She always wanted a winter wedding — and for a long time, she could envision it with him.

It took a while for everything to fall into place, but finally it did, and this day arrived with the most quintessential winter weather Kansas could conjure up. But despite those conditions, they had loved ones who traveled across the country and even from overseas to be with them. And all the love surrounding them was overwhelmingly obvious — from the numerous first looks at the start of the day (including one involving the best man that the groom definitely was not expecting!) to the emotion-filled dollar dances at the end of the night.
