the story of
jordan + chris
and wedding videography in Kansas City
~*~
When she first started dating him, her family assumed he was a different person entirely. And it was an honest mistake, given that her brother had a friend with the exact same name.
Even after meeting Chris in person and realizing the truth, however, Jordan’s parents opted to continue to feign confusion by calling him Steve for a while — which turned out to be a joke so persistent it surfaced as recently as their rehearsal dinner, when her dad noticed the JS logo at Jack Stack Barbecue and quipped that the restaurant had pulled out all the stops in decorating for Jordan and Steve!
This little anecdote goes a long way to show the fun and lightheartedness that came with this wedding. But the day also contained a lot of love, as well an elegant aesthetic and a deep reverence for the significance of the commitment the bride and groom made.
Jordan and Chris: It was truly a joy to get to share in the start to your married life! We wish you many happy years ahead and hope this highlight film helps you always relive your wonderful wedding day.
