the story of
angelia + mason
and engagement photography in Kansas City
~*~
Being a creative entrepreneur myself, it’s always a treat to be able to work with couples who share that same spirit – and these two definitely fit the bill on that, as owners of both a board game store and a coffee shop!
When they suggested taking some engagement photos at the Museum of Good Vibes – a pop-up exhibit that came to Kansas City this past week – I couldn’t imagine a more appropriately quirky and fun place to capture a little of them. We’ll do a more traditional engagement session later on (traditional inasmuch as it probably won’t include a ball pit, at least!), but I’d say this was a pretty perfect way to start documenting them and their story.
Angelia and Mason: I loved your impulse to try something different and couldn’t be happier to help you curate this exciting time in your lives!
I'm a print-journalist-turned-wedding-photographer who fully believes in the value of telling true stories beautifully. By means of a camera, I am a curator so my clients can be keepers of their most important moments.
