the story of
jenn + alan
and engagement photography in Kansas City
~*~
It wasn’t exactly an instant connection after they met online — but it was clearly one that was meant to be.
About a year after that initial introduction, a mutual friend they didn’t know they had made a point to set them up. From the friend’s description, she knew exactly who he was and couldn’t believe he’d still be single. He was, though — and before too long, they were on a first date at a concert where a fellow attendee mistakenly assumed they were married.
Even after that man stood corrected, he insisted he could tell they’d be husband and wife one day. And not quite a year later, a June proposal in the quaint tourist town of Hermann, Missouri, proved that prediction right — with a wedding to follow next March.
Jenn and Alan: If you looked at each other on that first date anything like you did at your engagement session, I can see why that guy was so sure of your future together. You were a lot of fun to photograph, and I can’t wait to document you again on your big day!
