the story of
yola + michael
and engagement photography in Blue Springs
~*~
Ahead of their first date, he gave fair warning of his Chiefs’ fandom — and given that a Chiefs game would be on at the bar and grill where they were meeting, it seemed safe to assume it might take center stage.
But in reality, the opposite proved true: He was too focused on her to give any thought to football. Their date continued with sushi and then a literal walk in the park, adding up to eight hours together — which ultimately led to an engagement within a year. And now, they’re set to say wedding vows next summer!
Yola and Michael: I know you said an engagement session was a first for you both, but you were naturals in front of the camera. I hope you love your images and can’t wait to capture you again in August!
I'm a print-journalist-turned-wedding-photographer who fully believes in the value of telling true stories beautifully. By means of a camera, I am a curator so my clients can be keepers of their most important moments.
