the story of
heather + mason
and engagement photography in Kansas City
~*~
It was inevitable that they’d find each other. They shared too much in common not to: an apartment complex, an employer, even a love of various forms of gaming. And once their paths did cross, it was also inevitable they’d click in a way that would one day lead to a wedding!
Maybe they should have seen a shared future as soon as six months into their relationship, when she gave him a vintage-style Pabst Blue Ribbon Beer sign with the words “Next time bring your wife” – knowing he’d always admired one like it of his grandfather’s.
And while they may not have seen any foreshadowing in that sign at the time, it was only fitting for them to bring it to their engagement session now that they know exactly who his wife will be! This session also featured other personalized elements – including a walking trail at their former apartment complex and a stop at Level One Game Shop in the River Market to capture their love of all things game-related.
Heather and Mason: I love how much of your story we were able to incorporate into these photos, and I can’t wait to capture the start of your next chapter in April!
