They started as high school sophomores who liked to listen to music together. But it was eventually obvious they had a bond that went deeper than that, carrying them throughout college and well into grad school – where he popped the question on top of a hill overlooking their university town. She said yes, of course, and now they’re well on their way to a wedding next year!
