From a 10th floor hotel suite to a downtown rooftop, this was a wedding day that started and ended on literal highs – and everything in between was just as spectacular!

Most spectacular of all, of course, were the love and beauty the bride and groom wanted to make their day’s main focus. They share:

Our vision was for a romantic spring wedding. We chose light colors and minimal decorations to keep the focus on our love, family, friends and the beautiful environment around us. Our families are very important to us, which is why we tried to include them in as much of the wedding as possible. We wanted everyone to feel the love of the day and to have a great time.

We chose our reception venue, Terrace on Grand, because we fell in love with the modern yet historic feel of the space as well as the amazing rooftop overlooking downtown Kansas City. It was one of the first venues we saw, and everything else we looked at fell short.
